Life Skill McMillan Afternoon
The Year 10 Life Skills class hosted a Macmillan Coffee Afternoon as part of their ASDAN Communication and Community modules.
The learners demonstrated CHANGE in action with their composure, manners and respect when taking orders from staff members. High expectations regarding the presentation of the room and cake displays created an inviting space for staff and learners to enjoy their drinks and cakes.
The learners numeracy skills were challenged when handling money and adding up the total raised which amounted to an amazing £140.93
