Year 9 Learner Wins Accolades for Rugby Achievements
Year 9 learner Harry has had an impressive wave of recent rugby success after being awarded ‘Man of the Match’ and ‘Lion of the Year’.
Harry played fantastically in his rugby final as the curtain raiser for Oldham at Boundary Park. He scored two tries which helped his team, Limehurst Lions, win the game and earned him the award of ‘Man of the Match.’
Harry recently attended his team’s rugby presentation evening where he was chosen as ‘Lion of the Year.’ He was selected from the rest of his team by the coaches and other members of the club who chose him as the overall ‘Lion of the Year’.
Harry’s rugby talents and hard work certainly make him a standout player amongst his team. We are so proud of his achievements and can’t wait to see what he achieves next!
