Year 9 Gateway Trip
Recently some of our Year 9 learners visited Manchester University as part of the Gateway Program.
The Gateway Program provides the opportunity for our learners to find out about University life. Many different topics were discussed, from how it is different from school, to Student finance and loans.
Our Year 9 learners were voted the “Best Presentation”, for their piece on “Why are the fuel Companies allowed to make such huge profits, at the same time many people can not afford to heat their homes.”
This is the second consecutive year they have been the Winners!
