STEM Club – Microscopes
Learners from all year groups have been participating in practical STEM sessions every Monday after school.
Within each session, learners practise new skill sets and develop their understanding of investigatory techniques.
Last Monday, learners made their own microscope slides to view onion cells and starch granules in bananas. In following sessions, learners will be investigating forces by creating their very own straw roller coasters.
Each session holds a new, engaging challenge and we look forward to seeing how learners develop over the coming term.
