CHANGE Museum of Empathy
Over the last half term learners in CHANGE Year 7 have been preparing for their ‘Museum of Empathy’. As part of this learners have explored core knowledge: defining Empathy; learning the knowledge of Transitions Analysis which supports building empathy: Windows on the world; Drama and Winner’s Triangle.
Learners in each Year 7 class then had the opportunity to explore this knowledge in relation to real life empathy in action. The outcome of this for all learners was to take part in a gallery critique assessment where they had to present their learning and were asked questions about their learning journey – this was their ‘Museum of Empathy’.
