Blood Brothers – Stage Ed
Learners from Years 10 and 11 took part in a Blood Brothers workshop – one of their English Literature GCSE texts.
Actors from Stage Ed performed key scenes from the play, followed by an in depth analysis discussion on the characters and themes explored in that scene.
Learners were also invited to take part in the performance and were given the opportunity to ask the actors questions.
The workshop has enabled learners to recap key events in the plot and deepen their knowledge of the text which they can transfer to their written responses.
