We Study Chemistry Presentation
Guest speaker Dr Andrew Leach presented to our Year 11 separate science students.
Andrew, a lecturer at Manchester University Pharmacy department, shared his career journey with our young scientists.
From studying at Cambridge University, Andrew outlined his career at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, to using computational chemistry for breast cancer drugs and Covid vaccination and co founding MedChemica which is a company providing software to Pharmaceutical companies.
